When you fill out a form, request information about a property, ask to connect with an agent, subscribe to our newsletter, add a business to our directory, create an account or email us, we collect what you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, property interests, business details and your message.

If you ask about a property, request a showing, valuation or agent connection, we share your contact details and request with Sal DiBenedetto, Licensed Real Estate Broker, The DiBe Group, brokered by eXp Realty, and, where needed to answer your request, with other licensed professionals or lenders you ask to be connected with.
  • With businesses you contact. If you contact a business through our directory, your message goes to that business.
  • With service providers who help us run the Site, such as hosting, analytics, email, spam protection and customer-relationship tools, under obligations to protect your information.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property and safety of our users, us or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale or reorganization.
