Estero SWFL is run by Sal DiBenedetto, a licensed real estate broker with The DiBe Group, brokered by eXp Realty. Sal works with buyers, sellers and investors throughout Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples and the rest of Southwest Florida, and he built this site to give people the kind of honest, community-level information he wished existed when evaluating neighborhoods himself.

In addition to his real estate broker licenses in Florida and New York, he holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license and a Florida plumbing contractor license.
